Love Your Neighbour
Whether you live in an apartment, a townhome, a duplex or a single family home, you likely have at least one neighbour. Those living in multi-residential apartments or condos can end up with neighbours to the left, right, above, and below. Neighbours can have a huge impact on whether or not we enjoy our home. To be a good neighbour and allow everyone to enjoy their homes to the fullest, follow these tips. Thanksgiving 2017

Labour Day 2017
Labour Day started as a day to campaign for workers rights. Now it is a day to celebrate the achievements of these rights. As a company that believes our greatest resource is our people, we are pleased that our team members are able to spend one of the last days of summer with their family and friends. Our offices will be closed on Monday, September 4th, 2017 in observance of Labour Day. We will reopen for our regular business hours on Tuesday, September 5th. Gateway’s Team Member Appreciation Day | Friday, August 18th, 2017

July 1st, 2017 will mark the sesquicentennial anniversary of the Confederation of Canada. On July 1st, 1867 Canada was recognized as an independent nation. Happy Home – Calgary Stampede
July 18, 2016 Sunday marked the final day of the 104th Calgary Stampede. Like the rest of last week, Sunday was chilly and full of rain. The 10 day Calgary Stampede kicks off each year with a massive parade. Last year I had family visiting from out East so parade attendance was almost mandatory. I had booked reserved seats on the route through a local charity. In prior years, we’d gone downtown at 5:00 AM to save seats for the 9:00 AM start.
