Pink Shirt Day 2021
Pink Shirt day began in Nova Scotia in 2007 when a student was bullied for wearing a pink shirt to class. Two older students wore pink shirts and distributed pink shirts to other boys in the school to take a stand against the bullies and support their schoolmate. Pink Shirt Day On this day, we unite with millions of people across the world in taking a stand against bullying. The Pink Shirt Day campaign was started by two Nova Scotian teens, Travis Price and David Sheppard, after witnessing a grade 9 student being bullied for wearing a pink shirt to school on his first day. These two grade 12 students took a stand against homophobic bullying, which garnered media attention across the country. These brave boys saw a problem and hit it head on. They gathered others at their school and wore pink the following day to show.

Earth Day 2018 In recognition of Earth Day 2018, Gateway Property Management Corporation has partnered with www.TreeCanada.ca to plant one tree on behalf of each of our clients. Our contribution will lead to 400 new trees being planted across Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.
